Celebrating Black History Month – 2025

We are excited to be partnering with Davidson Local during their Justice & Journalism Community Conversations on February 27, 2025. With sponsorship from Black Butterfly Network – Lexington we will present our youth Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Art Exhibition artist in celebration of Black History Month at 6:00 pm at the Arts | Theatre 202 located at 202 N. Main Street, Lexington, NC 27292. We welcome everyone to join us, the event is *Free* to the public.

It is our intent to seek and invite local artists and the community to come out and support our local youth artist and join the conversation with local journalist and get involved in the discussion at our local Arts | Theatre 202. Our vision is to continue growing and promoting local artist in our local area.

Our youth exhibition is sponsored by: NC Arts Council, Davidson County Arts, hosted by Anything for Our Youth Group – Lexington,, Black Butterfly Network – Lexington, and in partnership with Davidson Local Media, the Race Unification Committee of First Presbyterian Church Lexington, NC.
